This synthesis report represents an update of the previous need analysis report. To compile this updated version, extensive data gathering efforts were undertaken, utilizing three primary survey questionnaires distributed among the 10 Vietnamese consortium partners during March 2024. Specifically, the data collection process targeted representatives of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and students. Additionally, a survey focusing on Stakeholders Mapping and barriers identification was administered. The insights were organized into two main sections within this report with a series of recommendations tailored towards enhancing the implementation of digital education initiatives within HEIs.
